LIT leverages Apple HeathKit to integrate with the Apple Heath App. This allows the LIT App to use your Apple Watch to read your heart rate during a workout, and record your session in Apple Heath! Youll receive credit for your workout on your Activity Rings as well!

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription inside of your account and cancel at any time. No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any unused portions of a subscription term.
