LIT gives you direct access to a personal trainer who will create a custom training plan thats easy to follow and can be done from anywhere. Your workouts are built around your goals, injuries, equipment, and fitness level. LIT takes personalization far beyond the industry standards to provide you with a workout training experience like no other.
WHAT YOU GET WITH LIT:

Personal Training with a real human: After you sign up, you will complete a health assessment where a certified personal trainer will analyze your daily routine and make recommendations to help you get to your goals faster. This will include a detailed analysis of fitness, nutrition, goals, and progress tracking.
2. Weekly training plan: Each week, you will receive a new progressive training plan that focuses on strength, cardio, and recovery to provide you with a balanced workout plan. These workouts can be adjusted based on your equipment, time, and location. Whether you are training at home or the gym, we have you covered.
3. Activity Tracker: For the first time ever, we have created a cardio and strength tracker with weekly targets to ensure you are getting the perfect balance. This will be displayed directly in your profile so you can easily measure your progress. We also track your daily activities and steps to hold you accountable.
4. Video Demonstration & In-Ear coaching: Designed for people who are serious about reaching their goals, we provide detailed audio and video guides for each movement with form correction. Your coach will be in your ear guiding you through every workout and providing weight recommendations and modifications. With over 700 different exercises, you will always have a fresh and exciting workout waiting for you.
5. Dynamic Rep & Weight Tracker: Measure every movement with real-time feedback in reps, weight, and more. Using any of our smart equipment, we can automatically track your reps and weight lifted in real time and display this in the app.
6. Progress Tracking: Using our built-in journal, you can track your workouts across multiple pieces of equipment. You can also earn awards and share your progress with our community.
7. Apple Watch Integration: LIT leverages Apple HealthKit to integrate with the Apple Health App. You can view your movements, reps, weight, and steps and control your workout experience from your watch. Youll also receive credit for your workout on your Activity Rings.

LIT is free to download and comes with a complimentary 14-day trial period. Ongoing use requires an active subscription. You will have two options to choose from, a monthly membership and an annual membership. The monthly membership is billed each month and can be canceled at any time. The annual membership is billed for the total annual fee from the purchase date and can be canceled at any time.
